Terms of Service
These terms apply to Parent Love Link. The invitation-only Private Alpha also has additional Participation Terms & Tester Expectations and a separate confidentiality agreement.
Eligibility and accurate information
Parent Love Link is intended for adults age 18 or older who are parents or legal guardians and who are honestly eligible to participate in a dating community. You are responsible for providing accurate account/profile information and keeping required information reasonably current.
Account security
Keep your credentials and private invitations secure. You are responsible for activity through your account unless access occurred without your authorization. Notify support if you believe your account or invitation has been compromised.
Community conduct and consent
You must follow the Community Guidelines. Free communication does not give a member unlimited access to another person's attention. Introductions, blocks, reports, restrictions, and accepted-conversation states must be respected.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you create to the extent you own it. You grant Parent Love Link the permissions reasonably necessary to host, process, transmit, display, resize, moderate, and otherwise operate that content according to the service features and your settings. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
Moderation and account actions
Parent Love Link may remove content or warn, restrict, suspend, or close accounts when reasonably needed to enforce rules, protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or protect the service. Serious actions may include a member-facing reason or support/appeal path. Immediate temporary containment may occur before a full review when safety or security requires it.
No guarantee of matches or safety
Parent Love Link provides tools for discovery and communication but does not guarantee another member's identity, statements, behavior, compatibility, availability, or safety. Use independent judgment and appropriate dating-safety precautions.
Alpha and service availability
Pre-release features may contain defects, change, be unavailable, or lose test data. Parent Love Link may pause the service or specific access for maintenance, safety, privacy, security, consent, or operational reasons. The service is not an emergency service.
Purchases and paid features
Paid dating-access features are not required for the first Private Alpha. If purchases are added later, additional product, payment, refund, entitlement, and chargeback terms may apply before those features are enabled.
Intellectual property
Parent Love Link software, branding, interface materials, and other company-owned materials remain the property of SolarSoft Media, LLC. These terms do not transfer ownership of the platform or grant a right to copy or redistribute private software or confidential materials.
Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular relationship outcome. Nothing in these terms is intended to waive rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
Florida law and changes
To the extent a governing-law provision is enforceable, these terms are governed by Florida law without changing nonwaivable rights that apply to you. Parent Love Link may update these terms as the service changes; materially revised terms may require renewed notice or acceptance.
