Privacy Policy

This policy describes the main categories of information Parent Love Link uses to operate the public waitlist and member service. Private Alpha testers should also read the Private Alpha Privacy Notice.

Information we collect

  • Waitlist and account information: email, optional name/location, account credentials, invitation/cohort data, and verification state.
  • Profile information: profile fields, preferences, interests, general location, photos, and optional parent-life information you choose to provide.
  • Community and messaging information: posts, comments, reactions, Introductions, accepted conversations, reports, and related delivery/read state.
  • Safety and support information: blocks, reports, moderation actions, appeals, screenshots/evidence you submit, and support communications.
  • Technical information: session/security events, device/browser information, cookies, logs, and analytics information used to operate and protect the service.
  • Consent and preference records: policy acceptance, privacy settings, notification settings, and optional future AI data choices.

How we use information

  • Provide accounts, profiles, Discover, Community, Introductions, conversations, notifications, and tester tools.
  • Apply privacy, eligibility, block, report, moderation, and account-security rules.
  • Diagnose defects, prevent abuse, measure product readiness, and improve usability.
  • Send account, verification, security, support, or service communications.
  • Comply with lawful obligations and preserve records needed for safety, disputes, or incident response.

Public-page analytics and advertising

Public marketing pages may use analytics and advertising technology from third-party providers. Those providers may receive technical information such as cookies, device/browser data, page activity, or network information according to their own services and settings. Advertising is intentionally disabled inside logged-in member pages during the Private Alpha.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by hosting, email, security, analytics, moderation, storage, or other vendors needed to operate the service. Parent Love Link does not intentionally provide private member messages or nonpublic member profiles to advertisers for them to use as dating-profile data. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a legitimate business transaction subject to applicable protections.

Privacy controls

Members can control several profile, discovery, activity, messaging, and notification settings. Blocking removes supported contact/visibility paths in both directions. Some information must remain available internally to operate accounts, enforce safety, or preserve required records.

Future AI choices

Future relationship-intelligence features have category-specific consent controls. During the Private Alpha, those preferences do not activate Reciprocal Soulmate AI. Private conversations are off by default for future AI use and require explicit permission from both participants before private-conversation signals could be processed.

Children's information

Parent Love Link is intended for adults who are parents or legal guardians, not for children. Members should not publish identifying child information, exact routines, school details, or prohibited child imagery in romantic discovery content.

Security

Parent Love Link uses technical and operational safeguards including access controls, session protections, rate limits, moderation controls, protected evidence storage, and private error logging. No internet or storage system can guarantee perfect security.

Retention, correction, and deletion

Records are kept for as long as reasonably needed for the service, safety, security, moderation, consent evidence, backup/recovery, dispute handling, or legal obligations. Self-service export/deletion is not yet a completed public-launch feature. During the Private Alpha, contact support@parentlovelink.com for correction, privacy review, or deletion assistance. Some records may need to be retained when necessary for security, safety, consent evidence, or legal reasons.

Changes to this policy

Parent Love Link may update this policy as the product changes. Material changes should be reflected in the published policy or consent controls before a materially different use is relied upon.
