Shared member pages gain a skip link, stronger visible focus, reduced-motion support, coarse-pointer touch sizing, safer mobile table/modal overflow, accessible social icon names, throttled online/activity database writes, and lazy asynchronous decoding for repeat/list images in Feed, Discover, profiles, galleries, conversations, messages, and moderation. Hosted device and assistive-technology regression remains required before Alpha launch.

Work Package F completes the small-cohort operations layer. Invitation links can be created and emailed directly while preserving a manual-copy fallback. Stale invitations expire automatically, cohort labels and tester states can be managed, synthetic QA accounts are batch-labeled and removable, synthetic discovery/messaging is isolated from real members, initial Alpha prompts/poll/event/dashboard content is seeded, weekly tester awards can move through selected/notified/paid/cancelled states, and staff/synthetic activity is excluded from real Alpha operational metrics.

Work Package E strengthens authentication, sessions, abuse controls, password recovery, uploads, and administrator access while adding an Alpha-only confidentiality agreement at invited registration.
Invited Alpha testers now affirmatively accept a versioned Private Alpha Confidentiality Agreement before account creation. Acceptance records preserve the exact agreement text, agreement version, content hash, timestamp, invitation, and privacy-preserving request fingerprints. Security work also adds administrator TOTP MFA, server-side session revocation and expiry, DB-backed rate limits, one-time password-reset tokens, stronger email-change verification, broader CSRF coverage, generic public errors, protected evidence paths, and upload hardening.

Version 2.0 replaces the earlier investor summary. The target case shows EBITDA break-even in Year 4 and estimated net profitability in Year 5 while retaining a visible downside scenario and milestone-based capital gates.
